Namaste!!!
Sorry guys if I had not updated for quite a long time guess that I've been on a lengthend hiatus. I apologiize for that.
Well, not much things have been happening in my life lately and am having not much to blog about because we're currently having our well deserved 2 weeks holiday. Actually, I have not been outstation lately due to the much talked about swine flue pandemic (H1N1). Singapore has it, Malaysia has it, Indonesia has just recently got affected and our dear Thailand has 1000 cases ( I think, having too much social outings and ignoring warnings by the government amid the pandemic has caused it to shoot but rapidly). On the other hand, our country Brunei Darussalam has reported 20 cases so far and has led schools nation wide to issue the use of face masks and thermometers.
Few minutes ago, a kind friend told me that school was to be cancelled on monday (yay!), upon hearing the news, I was ecstatic!, up in my mind I was thinking of how to occupy myself during the one week period. Another week of boredom for us, I guess. Despite the boredness, I didn't feel like attending school on monday. And now, here I am, rejoiced and delighted that the date of reopening would be delayed for a week!
I've been on a trip to Miri and stayed overnight. It was a rather awkward and random trip. On the way to Miri, I saw my ex-teacher, Ckg. Dillah ( she was rather strict but at the same time hilarious and spontaneous). She was working in the Custom 'pondok' at river seven ( Sungai Tujoh???, If you didn't get that ==). I took residence at my relatives house and had a new haircut. That night, we went to Bintang Plaza ( the mall now having renovations and expansions of wing and where parkson grand is located in miri), It had a totally new face look, ramped up multi storey parking lots and a whole new look when you step into one of the new wings. The newly, I mean reopened version of the popular outlet was stunning and astonishing. I has the 'futuristic' look and was ginormous, well not as big as Borders lah!. I bought a book titled 'Do you wear suspenders (not the shuffling 1 ah)?' by Lydia Teh. It's a hilarious and very perculiar, a series of short stories centered around a character named Eh Poh Nim (eponym, words based on peoples name), a talkative woman who fancies herself something of a wordsmith ( expert with words). She loves to brag out her knowledge of words to anyone who cares to listen. Book Rating: 3.5/5
I'm now left with, homeworks, projects, tution and much more including burdens. Oh yeah!, Ms. Mary owes us Lunch remember Samuel?. I feel something echoing in my head and my ears won't let it out. Gahhh!!@@@
I think I am going to stop here and continue with online streamings. teehee!

All about yesterday,
We had a great lunch at Shabu-Shabu, I ordered the super seafood set which costs $22.00 and shared it with Li jie. Had problems finishing it, actually if we had more soup, we could. The only unfinished servings were the prawns and crabs. I ordered the Kimichi Soup. It was delicous.
While having our lunch, I then only found out that they had to leave at 2.45 , we had our lunch for a more or less 2 hours in the restaurant. The bill was $66.50. So the movie was cancelled and I had to watch it by myself.
We walked to seri q-lap to see what movies were in stall for us. Then we went down and waited near Jollibee for our transport. I followed and hoped into the car and asked the driver to drop me by chong hock. There I went DVD-hunting to waste my time.
I called Rirah and Jos to hurry up to tuition as I was freakin bored. I got my DVDs ran across the road and went to my tution. They were there giving me the angry looks. So yeah, they were bored too. So we went down and played Rirahs laptop.
Jos thought that the malay boys hanging around that area was peeking ( looking) at jo's butt when she went to pick up rirahs phone on the ground ( fyi, rirah threw her phone) . haha. It was hilarious, you guys should've seen. Then jos complained and rirah threw her phone the second time, but that time was on purpose. So yeah
Well, I'm lazy to blog now. No mood.

Yeess! tomorrow i'll be going with my bunch of friends to the cinemas. We've decided to go to The Shabu-Shabu restaurant to lunch in too! Well all that has to come after my tuition. After the outings, I'll have to walk my way to another tution again~!. How agonizing is that!Well I bet tomorrow will be all the funs and crazy-ness as we are all 1) mental 2) spontaneous 3) every good adjective to describe us because everything will just fit in perfectly. Didn't I get that right my friends?. We might be watching Blood or something else cause there aren't good movies. Will be missing transformers 2 during the class outings next thursday. Don't bother going out and have tution again ==. Well, to the main point I was going to blurt out. Ow yeah! Samuel told me of a good site, which is a must for you guys to visit. It's www.the3in1beverage.blogspot.com Yay! I actually remembered the site name cause its easy to remember right? Just try to remember the aromatic 3in1 coffee brew that our mothers make during the morning...Ahhhh!!. Summary: this site has the all in all of basically everything. From jokes to morals. How nice is that? . The 3 in 1 doesn't just contain 3 stuffs but much to mention. Curious I am, I started to read the Profile corner stating that there was 8 people writing the blog! How wonderful is that! 8 different people from different paths of life, sharing stories and wonderful stuff of their daily lives. Amazing huh?. Well it's just a matter of click and visiting and leaving your link there. Sorry for my lots of carelessly made grammatical and spelling error. I'm rushing to finish my post. Sorray! P.S - I heard that once you visit that blog your sad gloomy day would just apparently change into a great colourful and spontaneous day! Ciaoo,Mee 064 Labels: Great site to visit.

Youhooo! I'm back after a short hiatus I can say.
Pheww! It's been awesome as our holidays will start or I meant have started since yesterday!. How awesome is that!. Well, I'm relieved and delighted that school is over. On the other side, we have EXAMMMS! coming and PMBSSS!!! ahhh which is seriously killing me bit by bit.
Well all I can say to all the SAS-ians, Happy Holidays!. Tell you the truth, I have tons of homework piled up on my table ready for me to devour on.
I'm saving money for my new DSLR!. My parents allowed to get one but I had to pay for roughly half of the value. So instead of getting them just to pay for half, I saved the money they gave me and slowly added on my pocket money, other money which slowly totals up to 80% of the value. Bwahahaha! Aren't I smart?. Well, I'm still deciding on which model to buy or which brand to buy too. I'm brand-concious now! ( term used in commerce, haizz! It's so in my blood~). Any suggestions?. I think the Cannon EOS 450D is great, but it's an old model. Hopefully I would be able to pay off 100% with my current savings as DSLR prices tend to drop.
Btw, I just woke up at 12.00, haha, don't know what has gotten into me that made me sleep a prolly 12 hours. Oh yeah! I almost forgot! 'We' as in friends are going to watch Harry Potter however it's primere-ing someday in July which is when school reopens, why does everything has to be ruined!. So yeah, we might be catching a movie during the holidays and maybe go and makan in Shabu-Shabu.
Thats about it, catch you later =D.

I have nothing much to blogg about right now so yeah... I 've decided to blogg on food!. So topic today would be......Apple+Eggs+Custard+Cream+Flour= APPLE STRUDLE!!! =D. It was one of my most favourite and most missed desert when I was in Perth. There was this great Italian homemade pastry shop in the heart of Perth City
And every sunday, I would just drop by and buy myself a large serving of apple strudel. Here are some informantion I would love to share with you guys about this wonderful invention of mankind:
Apple strudel consists of an oblong strudel pastry jacket with an apple filling inside.[11] The filling is made of grated apples,[8] sugar,[12] cinnamon, raisins, and bread crumbs.[13] A juicy apple strudel should be baked with good cooking apples that are tart, crisp, and aromatic. According to the famous chef Karl Gundel (1883 – 1956), for apple strudel, winesap apples are the best.[6]
The dough[14] consists of flour, oil (or butter) and salt.
The secret of apple strudel dough[15] preparation is in making the pastry very thin and elastic. Preparing of the original strudel dough is a difficult process that appears complex. The dough is kneaded by flogging often against a table top to align the starch molecules, rested, then rolled out on a big table,[16] so it should cover the whole table, and than stretched by hand on a floured tablecloth. The dough should be very thin, and holes are mended if any occures. When the dough is finally stretched out, an old fashioned apple strudel dough is very large, and often may reach the size of a bedsheet[17]. A single layer should be so thin that one could read a newspaper through it.[18][8]
Apple juice can be added to the pastry dough, instead of water, and the dough may be substituted using frozen phyllo dough. Vanilla and rum may be used to add flavour to the filling[6] and light flavoured olive, or other oil may be used instead for butter or lard. Other less usual ingredients may include zest, lemon juice, and nuts (preferably ground walnuts,[6] slivered almonds, or in Italy, in Trentino Alto Adige, pine nuts[8]).
The rolled-up and filled apple strudel is baked in a pan in the oven.
The apple strudel is sliced and traditionally is served warm, often sprinkled with powdered sugar.[19] Apple strudel can be accompanied by tea, coffee[8] or even champagne. Viennese café is a typical institution of Vienna that has a long tradition in Austria and plays an important role in Viennese culture and culinary tradition. The one of the most common treats in a Viennese coffeehouse is Apfelstrudel with coffee or tea.[21]

Isn't that something worth craving for? Giuseppi Corica Apple Strudels are the best. Heavenly as they look, once you lay a bite on the crispy topping, you would crave for more. bwahahahahha!. You won't regret what you are buying, It's a 100% satisfaction guranteed.
Upon opening it, the strudel that's so perfect and golden-brown in all its glory, it was as if the apple strudel was radiating a beautiful golden glow T.TIf you've never tasted apple strudel, don't worry. I'll try and fill you in on the exact details of what the best apple strudel tastes like.
Just by looking at it, you can tell how rich it is. Corica is indeed generous with their apple chunks and the cream isn't an exception either.
As you bite into the strudel, the sweetness to it is just perfect. The layers upon layers upon MORE layers of thin, oh so very thin, sugary crispy crust gives the strudel a texture that is to die for.
It retails for about AUD$12.00 (2001) but now, AUD$18.00. What an increase?. And it only has one branch located only in Perth.
Gahh! I have troubles with arranging the pictures, mind me please!.
Thats all for today,

Today was a tiring day,
Sports day!
1) Danson
2) Mac Dougall =D
3) Cornwall
4) Hollis =C
And YES!
Hollis got LAST again.
Are we Jinxed?
Maybe?
Well, all that I can say is that we did our best and had fun.
I am losing my voice now after shouting for hours in the padang, cheering people on.
Our house is 60 points behind now after the sports day.
I am happy for Mac Dougal house as they made it to 2nd place.
Congrats to all the winners who won during the sports day event.
The tug of war strategy for Hollis house was so wrong.
Thats all I want to say for now.

Heyy Guys,
<<<<<<( Inforama Update)>>>>>>>>
YES!!!! We won Inforama 2009 competition and SAS emerged as the 1st in the overall ranking. Glory to us ( me and Joshua). WE got a nice trophy which has speeshall cool lighting effects ( will uploaded sooner or later, once I get the photos). I supposedly was to have 2 throphies and Ms.Mary gave Samuel the 3rd position Inforama Carnival 2009 Trophy which was smaller and has no ***Lighting Effects***. Besides a nice trophy, I also get a hamper with tons of stuff but what I do not get is cash prize, I bet the government or the organizing committees' budget was cut down so yeah...
( During the competition)
I was NOT nervous, fine abit. Before the competition started, Joshua, Jong Yi, Boe Wei and I kept on talking and talking and talking and along came Samuel with Venus Chong and another boy as well as Sum and Ricky. They followed Ms.Janes car. So while speeched were delivered, we kept on talking and talking and talking and I decided to take candid photos of people like samuel. Then when the competition started, we had to introduce ourselves and have roughly about 200+ eyes looking at you (how scary is that!). I was the first to go up to the interactive whiteboard and start answering. Luckily, I answer all the questions correctly in 1 minute and 8 seconds. It was so freaking hard, they asked what is a Comm port and one more which i have forgotten. Then it was STPRIis turn and they answered but got 3 wrong and then Chung Hwa KB, they also got a few wrong. Next it was Jashuas turn ( oops I meant Joshua Lau's turn) ( it was all because of the wrongly printed names on the paper, embarrasing much?). He too answered all correctly. After that, blablabla and we went to collect our prize and got to eat at the canteen. Today we had Nasi and Beef rendang after a 3 consecutive day meal of nasi ayam.
After eating we went back to school, and unfortunately it was karangan period. I just hate karangan. Then we went home. Tomorrow is SPORTS DAY and I am going to participate for the past march. Yipee. Monday is a holiday. So i guess my post examination stress ends sometime this week =DD.GO HOLLIS !!!GO HOLLIS !!!GO HOLLIS !!!GO HOLLIS !!!GO HOLLIS !!!GO HOLLIS !!!GO HOLLIS !!!GO HOLLIS !!!

I've constantly been visiting my blogg but did not have the right mood to blogg.
Well lets have a little roll back into the past shall we?
1) Fresh Water Pond Bio Studies- Well it drizzled a little and so we got a little wet, fine we got really wet then. Every bit was fun except for the part where the mosquitoes come in and bite you non stop even if you had applied insect repellant and have red ants and other insects crawlling up onto your shirts. I caught a milipede, ant, bee, butterfly (with the help of a friend), bettle, a bug and a spider. Other groups managed to catch fish, tadpoles, danselfly and dragon flies.
2) Just now in the morning, we had our environment day, everyone had to wear green we ( me and joshua) were the only one out as we had Inforama Rehersal just now. The Inforama Rehersal was great and we had our hands on the new INTERACTIVE WHITEBOARD which costs B$20,000 (great stuff) except that it was a bit laggy and we only could select our answers only after the 'short music' which was rather annoying. I had to start first and I had to bear the process of understanding how to use it. You know we were also treated to servings of curry puffs and mee goreng during the rehersal ( btw, I have forgotten to mention that our competition was held at Sekolah Menegah Rimba). The boys toilet at that school was dirty, wrecked and smelled like smoke; everything was practically vandalised. So many samseng people at that school ( this reminds me of Kah Sengs Samseng water, the water he was 'advertising' for english as we had to do an advertisement and perform infront of the class as well as a invited guest, Mr.Donovan~ the new UBD trainee.) Btw, Joshua is checking whether I've started my revision yet, he seems very worried. On Saturday, We're wearing BLAZERS!! and we get to invite 9 people as audience while you get the opportunity to escape class. Well basically about 4 places are already booked for the following people namely, Jong Yi, Bao Wei, Ricky and Samuel. Any volunteers?. Gahh! On the bad side, the principal would be watching us!!!! So yeah, the tension as well as the feeling of being pressured is getting into the atmosphere. Imagine, those scary eyes staring at you in the midst of the roaring crowds, how scary is that?. Hope everything goes well on Saturday, May Luck be on our side =DD.
3) Oh yeah! About our so called 'green project' using easi cards to construct, we made a mosaic tiled photoframe with our class photo and a tree which I'm not sure of its usefulness factor ( certainly not my idea). I could see the principals shocked and disgusted reaction the moment we brought our projects up to the table. We actually planned to make blind curtains but the plan fell through as it was a very tedious project and we knew that we had to bring our projects into the hall.

Well thats all for about now,
